- Training cost will be $35 and it includes the 2013 NFHS Rulebook, flag and whistle. Late registration will be $40.
- Striped referee shirt with a collar will be REQUIRED this year. Shirt must be purchased. Approved referee shirt is available at gearUp Sports for $17.50.
- Becoming an OYLA certified referee does not guarantee a job, communication with a ref assignor is required. Many clubs have requirements beyond OYLA certification.
- Each location will be limited to 80 J1 (formerly Level1) participants.

The password for the on-line certification test can be found on your ticket - the one you received in email when you registered. Your personal password is the first 9 numbers on the end of your ticket ... indicated in yellow on the sample ticket below:
